The bids will be opened publicly at the Friends of the Cheat office. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE MATERIAL SUPPLIERS. All bidders should attend the virtual meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information.
All questions are due to the Architect at jdoerr@millsgrouponline.com no later than Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM with response back to the contractors no later than Friday, April 22, 2022 by 1:00 PM.
No Bid may withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
