Thank you for being a part of the Cheat Aquatic Pollution And Baseline Ecological (CAPABLE) Monitoring Program. The data you collect not only helps us learn more about the health of the Cheat River Watershed, but it helps us to demonstrate to the community that citizens are concerned about the health of their water and are committed to keep an eye on any potential threats to our valuable water supplies. The data we collect is currently being made available to the public through our partners at the 3 Rivers QUEST (3RQ), an initiative of the Water Research Institute at West Virginia University.
PLEASE NOTE: The process of updating the 3RQ Interactive Map takes some time as this portal is not yet an automated system and is dependent on staff workload at FOTC and 3RQ.
